PICOLAZER FACIAL – Glendale, AZ

Do You Have Melasma, Darker Skin Tones, Age Spots, Redness or Acne?

Do you want to get rid of those hormonal or aging brown spots, red veins, fine lines and pigment issues? Do you suffer with acne, oily skin or does your skin just look dull and faded?

We Have The Solution For You!

The PicoLazer Facial!

The PicoLazer is part of a new generation of aesthetic lasers that does not rely solely on heat to burn the ugly pigment that causes dark spots on your skin. The PicoLazer delivers energy faster than almost any other laser on the market, in addition it shatters the tiny particles that make up your pigment making it easier for your body to get rid of the particles all without harming the surrounding tissue.

IPL and BBL laser treatments are not recommended for patients with darker skin or Melasma as they can produce changes in pigmentation, causing uneven skin tone. However the PicoLazer is safe for all skin types. The PicoLazer has a special wavelength that penetrates the skin differently making it a safe option for medium to dark skin tones.

What else does the PicoLazer Treat?

Our PicoLazer works wonders on acne scars and wrinkles as well as age spots and other pigmented lesions. The PicoLazer helps to achieve desired results with minimal to no discomfort, redness or downtime.

What does a treatment feel like?

Most patients report the procedure as having very little discomfort and describe the treatment as tiny rubber band snaps. Very similar to an IPL or BBL treatment.

How many treatments will it take?

The size, the color, and the location on the body play important factors and how quickly desired results can be achieved. Usually you can achieve your desired result in 2 to 3 treatments.

How long will the results last?

The removal of age spots, port wine stains (purple and red birthmarks) and acne scars is permanent but as you age and are exposed to the sun you will have to continue periodic treatments so that new dark or age spots do not develop. However, some pigment conditions, such as Melasma, will reoccur and can be helped with a quarterly maintenance after your initial series of treatments. A PicoLazer treatment every six months may help prevent unwanted pigment and slow the appearance of wrinkles.

What is the downtime?

Downtime can vary from patient to patient but generally it is very minimal. Our highly trained staff will consult with you and answer any specific questions you might have about the type and number of treatments you need.
